Orders received by 12:00 local time are delivered the same day, and in most cities we can arrange delivery within about two hours of the order arriving. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery is free, everywhere we deliver. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

Can I order from abroad for someone in Bosnia?
Yes, and most orders to Bosnia are exactly that. You order here in English, pay by card in euro, and the florist in the recipient’s town handles the rest.

Yes. Funeral wreaths and grave arrangements are delivered shortly before the service, with your message written on the ribbon.
