Questions people ask before sending abroad
How soon can flowers arrive in another country?
If the order reaches us before 12:00 local time in the recipient country, the florist delivers the same day. After that the next delivery day is the first one that is not a Sunday or a public holiday, because florists in the region are closed then.
Who actually delivers the flowers?
A florist in or near the recipient city. We have worked with the same shops for years, and we send them the order, the address and your card message. Nobody ships cut flowers across a border to reach a doorstep.
Do I pay extra for delivery to another country?
No. Delivery is free to every country and city on this page. The price on the product is the whole price.
Can I send flowers if I do not know the exact address?
We need a street address and, where possible, a phone number for the recipient, so the florist can reach them if nobody answers the door. A workplace or a hospital works too, as long as the ward or department is written down.
Will the bouquet look like the photograph?
It will match it in size, colour and character. Individual stems depend on what the local market has that morning, so a florist may swap one variety for another of the same quality rather than deliver something tired.
What if the town I need is not listed?
Open the chat with the address. Many smaller towns are covered by a florist in the nearest city, and we can usually tell you within minutes whether we reach it.
