Bulgaria has one of the largest diasporas in Europe relative to its size, and most of what we send here comes from someone abroad: a daughter in Munich, a son in London, a grandchild who has never lived in the country but knows exactly which name day is coming.
You order here in English, in euro, and a florist in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or the recipient’s own town makes the arrangement and delivers it by hand.
Delivery to Bulgaria
We deliver on the date you pick in the order form, as a rule the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are the exception.
Delivery costs nothing. Should the address turn out to be unreachable, you hear from us by email and get the whole amount back.

Questions
Do you deliver on name days?
Yes, and they are our busiest dates in Bulgaria. Name days are fixed, so order a day or two ahead and pick the date in the order form.
Will the florist call the recipient first?
Only if the address is unclear. Otherwise the delivery is meant to be a surprise, so the florist simply comes to the door.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
Very close. Flowers are a natural product and seasonal availability varies, so a single stem or shade may differ, but the style, the size and the value stay the same.
Can I order for a date months away?
Yes. Pick the date in the order form and the order waits until then. You will get the confirmation straight away.
