Delivery is as a rule on the next working day, on the date you choose when ordering. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

That is part of why we use a local florist. They choose stems that hold in the heat rather than what looks best in a photograph.
