Milan works to a schedule the rest of Italy does not, and a great deal of what we deliver here goes to studios, showrooms and offices rather than to homes.
Delivery in Milan
The standard is next working day delivery, on whichever date you select at checkout. Nothing goes out on a Sunday or a public holiday.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

Questions
Can you deliver to an office or a showroom?
Yes. Give the company name with the recipient’s and the portineria or reception takes it.
Can I add chocolates or a soft toy?
Where the florist offers it, yes. Add it in the shop before checkout so it goes out together with the flowers.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
Very close. Flowers are a natural product and seasonal availability varies, so a single stem or shade may differ, but the style, the size and the value stay the same.
