How we deliver

A local florist, not a parcel

We do not own flower shops. In every city we work with partner florists we know personally. When your order arrives, it goes to the florist closest to the delivery address. They make the arrangement that day from fresh flowers and hand it to the recipient in person.

Flowers are never sent by post or courier parcel. That is the whole point: nothing spends a night in a sorting centre.

How long it takes

  • Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro – orders received by 12:00 local time are delivered the same day. In most cities we can arrange delivery within about two hours of the order arriving.
  • The rest of Europe – delivery is as a rule on the next working day. The two hour rule does not apply outside the region above.
  • There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Ordering stays open online every day of the year.

What it costs

Nothing. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver. The price you see on the arrangement is the price you pay.

Ordering from abroad

Most of our customers order from another country for someone at home. The shop, the confirmation email and our replies are all in English, and you pay by card in euro. You do not need to speak the local language or know a florist there.

If the recipient is not at home

The florist will try to reach the recipient on the number you gave and agree a new time, or leave the arrangement with someone at the same address who accepts it. If delivery cannot be completed, we write to you and agree what to do next.

If something is wrong

Write to [email protected] or use the live chat, if possible within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photograph. If the complaint is justified we deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer. Full detail is in our Terms of Business.
