Orders received by 12:00 are delivered the same day, often within about two hours. Later than that and the delivery moves to the next morning.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.

No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
