We deliver on the date you pick in the order form, as a rule the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are the exception.
Delivery costs nothing. Should the address turn out to be unreachable, you hear from us by email and get the whole amount back.

How far ahead should I order?
A day for an ordinary delivery. For 1 November or 8 March, several days.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
