Delivery in Heraklion
Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Can you deliver to a hotel in Heraklion?
Yes. Hotel name, guest name and the dates of the stay, and reception holds it until the guest is back.
Can I order for a date months away?
Yes. Pick the date in the order form and the order waits until then. You will get the confirmation straight away.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
