Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

How it works

- A local florist makes itThe order goes to the partner florist nearest the address, who makes it that day from fresh flowers.

Questions
What if the address turns out to be wrong?
Tell us and we will move the delivery. If the florist has already gone out we arrange a second attempt rather than charging you again.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
