Utrecht’s canals have wharves below street level with cellars opening onto the water, and the centre is closed to cars almost entirely.
Delivery in Utrecht
Delivery is as a rule on the next working day, on the date you choose when ordering. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Is the car-free centre a problem?
No. Delivery there is on foot or by bicycle, which is how the city works.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
