We deliver on the date you pick in the order form, as a rule the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are the exception.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Questions
Can you deliver to the port or a company address?
Yes. Give the company name with the recipient’s and the gatehouse or reception takes it.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
