Portugal is long and thin and most of it lives within an hour of the coast. Lisbon and Porto are the two poles, but a surprising share of our orders go to smaller towns, sent by families who left and kept the house.
You order in English and a florist in the recipient’s own town makes the arrangement and delivers it by hand on the date you choose.

Delivery runs on the next working day as a rule. You choose the date when you order and the florist works to it.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Can you deliver to a village address?
Where there is a partner florist within reach, yes. Send the address in live chat first if you are unsure and we will check it before you pay.
Do you deliver in August?
Yes, though many small shops close for part of the month. If a florist is away we move the order to the nearest one and tell you by email.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
Can I write the card message myself?
Yes. You type it at checkout and the florist writes it out by hand and attaches it. We pass it on exactly as you wrote it.
