Lisbon is a city of hills, and an address in Alfama or Graca can mean a lane too narrow for a car and a long climb on foot. That is ordinary work for a florist who lives there.
Delivery in Lisbon
Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Questions
Can you deliver in Alfama or Bairro Alto?
Yes, on foot. Those addresses are why we work through florists in the city rather than couriers.
Can I write the card message myself?
Yes. You type it at checkout and the florist writes it out by hand and attaches it. We pass it on exactly as you wrote it.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Leave the sender line out of the card message and the florist will not volunteer it.
