Delivery in Bucharest
Delivery is as a rule on the next working day, on the date you choose when ordering. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

What is the block and staircase in an address?
The building code and the entrance within it. Copy the address exactly as the recipient writes it and the florist will find the door.

What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
