✓Free delivery. The price you see is the final price. Delivery is included everywhere in Europe, with no extra charge at checkout.
✓Arranged by a local florist. A partner florist in the recipient's town arranges the tribute by hand on the morning of delivery, with flowers that are in season there. The arrangement may differ slightly from the photo; the style, size and colours stay the same.
✓Same-day delivery. Orders placed by 12:00 are delivered the same day in Germany, Austria and the Balkans. In other countries delivery is usually on the next working day. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays; orders are accepted online around the clock.
✓Delivery to the funeral or the grave. Give the name of the deceased, the funeral home or cemetery and the time of the service in the order note, and the florist delivers before the ceremony. For a grave, describe its location as exactly as you can; nobody needs to be present.
✓Photo after delivery. On request we send you a photo of the arrangement after it has been delivered. Questions are answered by e-mail or online chat, usually within an hour between 08:00 and 20:00.
