So the arrangement is made by a florist in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim or the recipient’s own town, and delivered by hand on the date you choose.

You pick the delivery date when you order; as a rule that is the next working day at the earliest.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Where we have a partner florist, yes. Send the address in live chat before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach it.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, everywhere we deliver. The price on the arrangement is the price at checkout.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Leave the sender line out of the card message and the florist will not volunteer it.
Can I add chocolates or a soft toy?
Where the florist offers it, yes. Add it in the shop before checkout so it goes out together with the flowers.
