You pick the delivery date when you order; as a rule that is the next working day at the earliest.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Questions
What if the building has several staircases?
Give the staircase or the floor if you know it. Otherwise the florist rings the bell with the recipient’s name, which is how most Prague buildings are marked.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
Very close. Flowers are a natural product and seasonal availability varies, so a single stem or shade may differ, but the style, the size and the value stay the same.
