Brno is the country’s second city and its university town, which means a large part of the population changes address every September. An out-of-date address is the most common reason a delivery here stalls.

Delivery is as a rule on the next working day, on the date you choose when ordering. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

How it works

Questions
What if the recipient has moved?
Tell us as soon as you know. If the florist has not set out yet we change the address at no cost; if they have, we arrange a second attempt.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
