Cyprus is an island, which changes one practical thing: nothing is shipped in. Every arrangement that arrives here is made on the island, by a florist who bought the flowers that morning.
That is how we work everywhere, but on Cyprus it is the only way that works at all. You order in English and the florist in Nicosia, Limassol or Larnaca does the rest.
Delivery to Cyprus
Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

How it works

Questions
Can you deliver to a hotel?
Yes, and it is common here. Give us the hotel name and the guest’s name; reception takes the delivery and the flowers wait in water until the guest is back.
How far ahead should I order?
A day is enough. Same-day delivery is not something we promise on the island, because the florist needs the morning to make the arrangement properly.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
