The standard is next working day delivery, on whichever date you select at checkout. Nothing goes out on a Sunday or a public holiday.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

The floor and the door on that floor. Copy them exactly as written and the florist reaches the right flat.

What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
