Order before noon and the flowers are delivered the same day, in many cases inside two hours. After noon we deliver the following morning.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Can you send flowers across the river to Bosnia?
That is a separate order to a Bosnian address, and yes, we deliver there too. The florist is a different one but the rules are the same.
