To the reception desk, yes. Give the embassy and the recipient’s name and expect a signature at the gate.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
Very close. Flowers are a natural product and seasonal availability varies, so a single stem or shade may differ, but the style, the size and the value stay the same.
