Hungarians send flowers for more occasions than most of Europe: name days, women’s day on 8 March, the first day of school, a funeral in the village. The custom is alive and the florists here are used to being asked for something specific.
You order in English, write the card in Hungarian if you prefer, and a florist in Budapest, Debrecen or Szeged makes the arrangement and delivers it in person.
Delivery to Hungary
Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

How it works

Questions
Can I ask for a particular flower?
Write it in the order notes. If it is out of season the florist will get as close as possible and we will tell you beforehand rather than after.
Is 8 March busy?
Very. Order two or three days ahead for that date, or the choice narrows to whatever is still in the cooler.
Can I add chocolates or a soft toy?
Where the florist offers it, yes. Add it in the shop before checkout so it goes out together with the flowers.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Leave the sender line out of the card message and the florist will not volunteer it.
