Ordering and delivery

  • ✓Free delivery. The price you see is the final price. Delivery is included everywhere in Europe, with no extra charge at checkout.
  • ✓Arranged by a local florist. A partner florist in the recipient's town arranges the bouquet by hand on the morning of delivery, with flowers that are in season there. The arrangement may differ slightly from the photo; the style, size and colours stay the same.
  • ✓Same-day delivery. Orders placed by 12:00 are delivered the same day in Germany, Austria and the Balkans. In other countries delivery is usually on the next working day. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays; orders are accepted online around the clock.
  • ✓Your message. Write your message in the order note and the florist attaches it to the bouquet on a card, free of charge. The sender is not shown unless you sign the message.
  • ✓Photo after delivery. On request we send you a photo of the arrangement after it has been delivered. Questions are answered by e-mail or online chat, usually within an hour between 08:00 and 20:00.

Red roses with white chamomile, a bottle of sparkling wine and a box of Ferrero Rocher, delivered together. Apolena Set 2 is for the moments worth celebrating: an anniversary, Valentine’s Day, a promotion or a round birthday. The florist sources the wine locally, so the brand may differ from the photo; the quality will not. The recipient must be of legal drinking age.
