Order before noon and the flowers are delivered the same day, in many cases inside two hours. After noon we deliver the following morning.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Questions
Can you deliver to a hotel room in Bečići?
We deliver to reception with the guest’s name and room number. Hotels here will not let a courier go up to the floors, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
