In Latvia the number of stems is not decoration, it is grammar. An odd number is for a person, an even number is for a grave, and nobody here treats that as a superstition to be humoured.
Our florists in Riga and Daugavpils follow it as a matter of course. You order in English and the arrangement is made and delivered locally.
Delivery to Latvia
The standard is next working day delivery, on whichever date you select at checkout. Nothing goes out on a Sunday or a public holiday.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Questions
Will the bouquet have an odd number of stems?
For anything sent to a living person, yes, unless you ask otherwise. For a funeral or a grave the florist uses an even number.
Can I send flowers to a school or a university?
Yes. Give the name of the institution and the recipient, and a department if you know it. The porter or the office takes the delivery.
Can I write the card message myself?
Yes. You type it at checkout and the florist writes it out by hand and attaches it. We pass it on exactly as you wrote it.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free everywhere we deliver, and the price on the arrangement is the price you pay.
