You order in English and a florist in Bratislava, Kosice or the recipient’s own town makes the arrangement and delivers it in person.

You pick the delivery date when you order; as a rule that is the next working day at the earliest.
Delivery costs nothing. Should the address turn out to be unreachable, you hear from us by email and get the whole amount back.

Do you deliver on name days?
Yes, and they are the most common reason people order here. The dates are fixed, so order a day or two ahead.
Can I pay in euro?
Yes. Slovakia uses the euro and so do we, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
