Copenhagen is a city of bicycles and courtyard blocks, and almost every residential address is a flat with a floor and a side: 3. th. or 2. tv. Those two letters are not decoration.
Delivery in Copenhagen
Orders are delivered on the date you choose, normally the next working day, which gives the florist the morning to make the arrangement properly.
There is no delivery charge. If the address cannot be reached we say so by email and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.

Questions
What do ‘th.’ and ‘tv.’ mean in the address?
Right and left on that floor. Include them exactly as the recipient writes them and the florist finds the door first time.

What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
