We deliver on the date you pick in the order form, as a rule the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are the exception.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

Questions
Do you need the door code?
If the building has one, yes, or the florist has to wait for someone to come out. Put it in the order notes.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
How do I know it arrived?
We send you an email once the florist has handed it over. If anything goes wrong you hear from us the same day.
