Delivery is as a rule on the next working day, on the date you choose when ordering. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

Can you deliver in the old town?
Yes, on foot. The centre is closed to most traffic and the florists walk it.
How do I get in touch?
By email at [email protected] or through the live chat on any page. We work in English and reply inside an hour between 08:00 and 20:00.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
