Same-day delivery applies to orders placed by 12:00, and in practice most are handed over within a couple of hours.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

How it works

Questions
How do deliveries work inside the walls?
On foot, up the steps. It is slower but entirely normal for a florist here.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I write the card message myself?
Yes. You type it at checkout and the florist writes it out by hand and attaches it. We pass it on exactly as you wrote it.
