The building is up a flight of stairs with no vehicle access. Will it still arrive?
Yes. The florist carries it up. This is normal in Užice and nobody treats it as an obstacle.

Where the florist offers it, yes. Add it in the shop before checkout so it goes out together with the flowers.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
