Dortmund is a city of distinct districts, and getting from Hörde to Huckarde on a weekday takes longer than it should. A florist near the recipient makes the bouquet fresh and hands it over at the door.

Questions
Do you deliver on match days?
Yes, Monday to Saturday as on any other delivery day. Around the stadium it can take a little longer on match days, and the florist plans the route around it.
Do you send a photo?
Yes. Once the florist has handed the flowers over, we email you a photo of the delivered arrangement.
I live outside Germany. Can I still order?
Yes. All that matters is that the address is in Dortmund. Payment is online, in euro.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected] or open the live chat, every day from 8:00 to 20:00. We reply as a rule within an hour, and we deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
