Spain runs on its own clock. Lunch is late, shops shut in the middle of the afternoon and a delivery timed for two in the afternoon will find nobody in. A florist who lives in the city knows that; a courier working from a schedule does not.
You order in English and a florist in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia or the recipient’s own city makes the arrangement and delivers it by hand.
Delivery to Spain
We deliver on the date you pick in the order form, as a rule the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are the exception.
Delivery is included in the price. An address we cannot reach means an email from us and a full refund, not a part one.

How it works

Questions
Can I ask for a delivery time?
You can ask, and the florist will do what the day allows, but we do not promise a time slot. Morning or late afternoon is usually safest in Spain.
Do you deliver to the islands?
To the Balearics and the Canaries where we have a partner florist. Send us the address in live chat before ordering and we will confirm.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
