Delivery is free. If we cannot reach the address you give us, we tell you by email and refund you in full.

Questions
Will the rain damage the flowers?
No. Bergen florists wrap every delivery for the weather as a matter of routine.
Can I order for a date months away?
Yes. Pick the date in the order form and the order waits until then. You will get the confirmation straight away.
Do you send a photograph of the arrangement?
Not as a rule. The florist works from the photograph in the shop, and we confirm the delivery by email.
