Ruma sits in the middle of Srem, between Belgrade and Novi Sad, on the old road that connects them. Deliveries here often go to family houses with a yard rather than to apartment blocks.

Orders received by 12:00 are delivered the same day, often within about two hours. Later than that and the delivery moves to the next morning.
Delivery costs nothing. Should the address turn out to be unreachable, you hear from us by email and get the whole amount back.

How it works

Questions
Nobody is home during the day. What happens?
We do not leave flowers at a gate. The florist calls us, we contact you, and we agree an evening slot or another day at no extra charge.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery. We deliver again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I write the card message myself?
Yes. You type it at checkout and the florist writes it out by hand and attaches it. We pass it on exactly as you wrote it.
